As I said it is not an automasturbator in the sense that you can let it do its thing. Work it like an onahole and it feels great. The sound isn't so loud that it would annoy me, so no problem there either.
A little tip: If you finish off inside, better deactivate it fast or it starts sucking it in and spitting it out to the side. However, if that happens, you clean it in the same way by letting it suck water for a bit.
No, it really does not do it for me. I bring a good amount of girth to the table, so maybe that's part of the issue.
